No, it is a very easy to use software package and VTS will conduct a free training session once the vehicle tracking units are installed. Vehicle tracking installation is free and can be done over several visits, if you have difficulty getting all of your vehicles off the road at once. There may be a small fee if installations are required on a Sunday.How many computers can I have the vehicle tracking/mapping software on?
As many as you want. You can install the free vehicle tracking software directly from the VTS website onto as many computers as you wish at no additional cost.Is the price really fixed or are there hidden extras?
One of the reasons VTS provide Navman Wireless vehicle tracking systems is because it is a top quality product supplied at a low, fixed price. The only time the price would vary is if you want a vehicle tracked outside of the UK, at which point the price would need to be adjusted. There is also a £50 one-off charge for setting up the lease. Vehicles can be polled by customer staff as often as they want with no additional charges. So, in almost all cases yes, the price is fixed.Will the vehicle tracking installation require permanent alterations to the vehicle?
The Qube is the most common of our vehicle tracking system hardware and is predominantly installed in cars and vans. The Qube installation will not require any damage to the body of the vehicle and the antenna is held in the tax disc holder on the windscreen.Will my employees leave if I implement vehicle tracking?
